How much does postage cost to the UK?

Postage is included in the price of each item.

How much does postage to outside the UK cost?

All postage to outside the UK is included in the price of each item, although an extra charge of £3 will be added at the checkout.

How will my order be posted/delivered?

Due to time restraints i cannot offer a hand delivery service, instead;

To the UK, orders less than £10.00 will be posted 1st class/small packet, orders £10.01 or more will be posted 1st class recorded - which will require a signature on delivery.

Outside the UK, orders less than £15.00 will be posted Airmail Small packet, orders £15.01 or more will be posted international signed for small packet.

Proof of postage will be obtained for all orders.

How long does it take for me to recieve my order?

All orders will be packed and posted within 5 days from the purchase date, if for any reason there is a delay or a restocking issue you will be contacted as soon as possible, no later than 7 days from the purchase date.

To minimise delays the majority of seeds are already packed and are ready to be bundled together and sent to you.

To the UK: Generally 7 days or less, if there is a delay then maybe upto 14 days, but i would not expect it to take that long.

Outside the UK: I would think it would be upto 14 days but depending on your postal service please allow some time.

Finally, What protection do my seeds have during delivery?

Orders that contain less than 5 packets of 25 seeds (or the equivalent) will be posted out inside an envelope, for such a small order this should be sufficient protection.

Larger orders (particularly orders containing large seeds) will be posted in a jiffy envelope, the inside of the envelope is coated with bubble wrap so your seeds should be perfectly safe from harm.

For large orders i will choose a decent sized envelope and use recycled paper shreds to further protect the seeds.
